The left is giving Obama a pass on some promises broken, and some tactics used by Bush/Cheney like rendition. That’s what happens when partisanship clouds thinking.

I think the lefties just like the “out of sight, out of mind” approach. It makes them feel better. I think it works better from a public relations standpoint as well.
