Interesting, I didn’t know that Florida had such a bill.

I know Arizona was considering a bill two years ago, and the NFL was like, “uh, we will move the Super Bowl. It’s only nine months away, but we will move it.” And that had happened before. Arizona had done away with MLK Day and the NFL moved the Super Bowl. So that, plus the possibility of losing the college national championship just played two months ago, and the future NCAA basketball tournaments got the attention of the otherwise ignorant legislators.

I think that was the Arizona bill that had something to do with racial profiling not this bullshit “religious liberty” aka I can discriminate against you because you’re the gay under the pre-text that it’s part of my religion. If I were a real bastard, I’d be tempted to pretend to be a devout Catholic and refuse to sell goods to Fundies who are on their third marriage because hey divorce is a sin too! /// Sick of the goddamned hypocritical fundamentalist bastards thinking their “religious liberty” matters more than others.
