We need to stress the message that trained, experienced professionals are being smeared and driven from their posts because they will not go along with the President’s illegal actions.

The GOP counter-narrative is that of Patriots confounding the Deep State.

The GOP narrative is the usual projection, as everything they’ve accused the Obama admin in general and Joe Biden in specific is something they’ve been caught engaging in. Working with corrupt former officials to attack government agencies engaged in anti-corruption policies, corrupting Ukrainian officials in the new government to attain “exclusive” contracts with said government, destroying the reputation of officials who stand in their way in order to have them removed, and overall undermining Ukrainian confidence in their new government in order to stop anti-corruption efforts.
