Not just Ann Coulter. John Bolton is apparently a RINO as well:

In addition to this, I read Bolton’s editorial in the Wall Street Journal extolling Mitt Romney as a “Reaganaut”, as a Conservative.

I had the actual paper in my hands…I didn’t read it online.

When I read that, I thought to myself, Bolton is OVER with Conservatives.
