Nope. Biden agreed long ago to debates. The only message from Trump’s team is “Biden won’t debate.”

The question is whether the low-engagement voters who only pay attention in the last few weeks before an election believe Trump’s assertion.

If there is a debate, Trump will probably try to Gish Gallop the shit out of Biden the entire time.
