Not at all true. You can have a contact stun gun. You can even have a taser as long as it’s the civilian version fired by compressed gas pressure and not the police version fired by blank cartridges.

Hang on a second. I’m willing to put away the .45 and swap for a taser pistol. Contact taser? Screw that it’s a really bad idea to let a predator get that close. But I want the best one. You only get one shot. Which kinda sucks. Or better yet let me have a really short shotgun and the bean bag rounds.

Seriously how many disadvantages should one build in? One too many and I stick with a real firearm.
