Palmer Report is bad. Just sayin’. Receiving strong grifter vibes and not for the first time.

As much as I’ve dug into him, I can’t find out anything about him before starting Palmer Report.

Looking now, Wikipedia has an article about Palmer Report and Bill Palmer. Someone over there is better at digging than I am (well, that’s not terribly surprising).
