Teenager suspected of murdering sister

Police on Monday morning detained a 15-year-old youth from Kalansuwa, an Arab Israeli village in the center of the country, on suspicion of murdering his 20-year-old sister for ‘violating’ the family’s honor.

The arrest took place after the father of the family called the police station in Taibe and said “my son murdered his sister”, according to police reports.
