I have first-hand experience working for a large national chain that is still vehemently anti-union, whose company-produced docs and films all warned employees the dangers of unions. It was like Reefer Madness, but replace marijuana with unions. They even had a section about things that pro-union people will typically say to employees to start a conversation, to create dischord.

To this day, the company still produces its own films with its in-house marketing team, while paying even their longtime employees as little as possible. Record profits, every year.
