I guess everyone has their own perspective. I don’t see theocrats or ID’ers to be a big percentage of the consevative population. We just hear about them more here on LGF.

The IDers and Creationists might not be visible where you are, but they’re out there. Most recent poll I’ve seen says 64% of adults in the U.S. believe in Creationism, and 55% say it should be taught alongside evolution in schools.

And that’s a survey of ALL adults, not just conservatives. So they’re there, in huge numbers, and have very influential philanthropists putting up the bucks.
