There is no clear cut demarcation line. It’s a case by case, totality of the transgression. Sorry, I just don’t see it here. IF she wants, she can pursue it IF she can get a lawyer to take it on contingency (unless she’s willing to pony up thousands of dollars in legal fees with no guarantee of recouping it). I don’t see either of those things happening.
