Troubled economic times. Until things improve, people will regard gold as a useful hedge.

Indeed gold should be a small part of any diversified portfolio. But the suggestion that it’s the key to our economic troubles is irresponsible, whether it comes from Beck, Paul, Alex Jones, whoever. The fears of 1920’s style German hyperinflation have been, well, hyperinflated.
