1. Hitting a baseball

Yes that’s true….. hitting a baseball is the hardest thing to do in sports.

That’s what made Tony Gwynn so special…… he had a lifetime batting average of .338. He struck out only 434 times in 9,288 career at-bats. If anyone ever followed him, they will remember he would always swing at the first pitch if it was anywhere within his wheelhouse, just to “zone in” on the pitcher…… which meant being down 0-1 to start for most of those at bats.
