I’m forty, and not in the best of shape. Not to speak ill of the dead on this very thread, but just by eyeballing I’d say I’m in a little better shape than Breitbart was, who was just three years my elder.

My close friend just started taking medication for high blood pressure, after poor results from a job related physical. He’s six years younger than me, and though he has more stress in his life than I do, he’s in much better shape than I am.

I think I’ll be heading to the local Walgreens to check my blood pressure today. These two bits of news have me thinking.
