Remember, bacon will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no bacon.
Upding for the bacon. I just finished curing my own slab o’bacon. Used Berkshire hog belly; six day cure with salt, brown sugar, black pepper, and pink salt for the nitrite. It was in the smoker at 175 deg for 3 hours with apple as the wood.
