I think some people have the wrong impression that progressive = best possible person for an executive position. It’s just not the case. I mean yeah I’d like the Dem standard bearer to be more to my liking but the party’s left just begs to be disappointed when they have these dreams of Sanders linking arms with Senator Warren to form a super-progressive ticket. IT needs to be said but one of the most progressive legislation passed wise was LBJ who was a conservative Democrat as a legislator.
