I’m kind of stumped how one federal district judge gets to rule the whole ACA unconstitutional three years after the mutherfocking SCOTUS ruled it constitutional, twice.

But I guess the war against people having healthcare and being protected from pre-existing condition exclusions must continue until morale improves.

Gosh, I thought KKKonservatives OPPOSED activist judges…
