I’ve raised chickens off and on for decades.
Main predators over the years have been great horned owls, black snakes, weasels/minks, bobcats, coyotes, and dogs.

Cows (and goats) need milking TWICE a day.

Our Bantam chickens did OK until my pet raccoon got involved.

We were tired of the chickens anyway.

And then the raccoon hit puberty, and got real obnoxious, so she went away as well

When it came to the milk cow, I was lucky.

Older brother practiced the piano while I milked the cow in the morning.

I practiced the piano in the afternoon, and he milked the cow.
