Which is exactly what I said last night. That law is biased on for those in possession of a firearm. Shoot someone in “self defense” and you get to go home. Beat someone to death in “self defense” and get arrested.

That’s what gets me, it basically makes it a crime to fight back against a person wielding a gun. If a mugger’s victim fights back, the mugger can shoot him and make up any story he wants that makes his victim the aggressor.
