I do have a fun flooding story. When my ex left me and moved to an apartment, it flooded right away. He also - within the week - had his tools stolen, two flat tires, and his gf was in a car accident (she was ok but milked it for all it was worth).

He told me later his gf blamed me - figured I put a whammy on her. She was right. I feel guilty about it now. Really.
