Back before I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, I would occasionally take some time on my lunch break to go out to my car and fall asleep. Set an alarm on my cell phone, lean the seat back, and pass out.

Not an option here

We eat our meals and have our coffee ‘breaks” while still running/ monitoring/ answering phones in the control room
