Well, you’re the Englishman. I’ve got my opinion, but yours is the one that ought to count. Still, I’d like to try to reform the gov there and see if better performing services would at least allow the Trident carriers to be mothballed against a day of need.

We all would have liked a decent open minded debate about the trident submarines or stand alone missiles, or airborne capabillity or retrofitting surface craft - we were denied that choice by the Labour government and the Torys are kicking the can down the road again instead of being dragged over the coals about it in an honest debate.
