Which Christmas? Greek/Eastern Orthodox? Or December 25? So confusing.

And more to the point, where exactly in this hidden Constitution is the mention of Christmas?

Christmas as part of the Constitution would expressly violate the First Amendment. Congress has no right to prevent an individual’s right to celebrate Christmas, but Fischer wants to impose his views on everyone else. Clearly prohibited.
