I saw that last night. What it clearly says to me is that despite the “You’ll be the most powerful VP EVAR!” pitch that Uday supposedly gave to Kasich, Trump basically sees the VP as a patsy.

This is one of literally a dozen or more things that I related to Mrs. FBW, only to be met with, “Is anyone surprised by this?” Good point. It’s completely what you’d expect Trump to do.

I gather Mike Pence was surprised, though.
