So I visit Twitter and see the trends:

And I tried to remember what I may have thought, way back, when I was in school and we’d get those weekly school-age magazines (forget what the titles were) that had world affairs and promises of the future - remember this was when the Apollo program was going strong - and how things were changing…

… and here I am in 2019 and the big news is about Alabama nitwits going all anti-woman, mixed in with diversions from entertainment (rock music and wrasslin’.)

This is not the future I was promised.
