Ask them which gene is responsible for raw intelligence and how many alleles we have a that locus. If they give any answer that contains a single gene then call them on it.

They are much more sophisticated than that. They will argue that the state of genomics is such that we don’t know yet, but that they know enough to start to correlate groups of people with intelligence.
