The battery probably needs to be recalibrated. Drain it all the way then charge it. If it continues you can do a PRAM reset. The Help Menu will show you what keys you have to hold down to do that.

OK. Thanks. Draining it down now. I’ll look into the PRAM reset thingy (technical term) if that doesn’t work. But, other than the battery, I love this thing. I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to get a MacBook.
