My dad was / is a Preacher - Missionary. When my sisters were teens, their house was, believe it or not, the place to hang out. When ever a kid in my sisters’ high school got in trouble, they’d call my parents first, to help them break it to their own parents.

hey…I took alot of other kids on vacation…weekend trips, day trips etc…we never turned anybody away no matter what it cost us…that was our ‘mission’…we fed and watered ‘em all…pre game and post game…they all wanted to hang out with us…it was a cool thing…we provided all the kids with an environment that they were comfortable with…no drugs, no gangsters…just good solid Rockwell style, small town stuff
