Yes and no. Hobby Lobby is not trying to get an exemption for most forms of birth control, the issue is abortion and the day after pill. The “assault on Obamacare” is true in the sense that they’re exploring if the exemptions for non-profits should also apply to for profit business as well. The reality of the case is actually interesting and complex.

I don’t think you’ve read the case at all. You’re just knee jerking.
