re: #228 unproven innocence

At 6:44pm here in vicinity of Richmond VA —two gunshots in the last 2 minutes. Merely marking the occasion, I would hope. Outdoors and aimed at the ground, I would hope. But more likely aimed at the sky. What goes up falls down, at only slightly lower velocity. Too many people are morons.

There was a CSI episode from one of the early seasons where they couldn’t figure out how someone had gotten shot in their bedroom with no evidence suggesting anyone else was in the house at the time.

Turns out a dude about a mile away in the same subdivision had been firing his gun into the air and one of the bullets arced right in the ladys bedroom and killed her.
