“Weird language”?

A) Iran’s ‘route to the sea’ are its ports that are on, you know, the sea. And on the gulf.

B) Syria doesn’t share a border with Iran. It’s not its route to anything.

This is one of the lunacies of the fact-checkers. They sometimes evaluate statements based on ‘truth’ unrelated to actual goddamn physical reality.
