Except Brown’s blood is in the car from when he was shot in the hand in the scuffle at the car.

My take is that Wilson opened the car door into Brown, but it slammed back on him and hit him in the head. He got pissed, grabbed Brown who then tried to get away from the maniac which included Wilson pulling his gun and pointing it at him which is when Brown gets shot in the hand. He breaks free and runs, feels/hears the bullets whizzing past him, stops, turns around to surrender when the maniac cop decided to keep shooting because for some reason he felt threatened by a surrendering kid didn’t like being disrespected by an uppity niclang.
