Had to explain to a customer in Europe why he was being charged so much for a service (an NFL game) we did for them on Sunday AS A LAST MINUTE EMERGENCY (their words)

For them I had to take the feed off of domestic (USA) satellite
Convert the signal from NTSC to PAL
Convert the audios from PCM to Dolby E with mixes on some pairs of channels (international sound ,, natural sound ,, announcers)
Convert the video from High Def to Standard Def
