Am I the only one that is thinking Kavanaugh is a sacrificial lamb. With him being such a shitty person, and the Republicans knowing about Dr. Ford, they threw him to the wolves anyway, and when he doesn’t get the job (pleeeeease????), they’ll offer up someone even worse than him morally and judicially that doesn’t have any allegations against him/her to make it seem like they are totally awesome?

They win if Kavanaugh gets the nomination, and they win when they offer up someone that doesn’t appear to be as shitty a person.

I dunno. They looked pretty all in on Kav yesterday. Grassley and Drama Queen Graham especially.

If that was a feint, it should be eligible for an Emmy.

I think they were all in, due to Kav’s views on the president being above the law, and pressure from Evangelicals who really, really want him on that court.
