My sister posts Glenn Beck shit and other such crap on Facebook all the time. Some days I have considered, seriously removing her from my friend list. Instead I just took her off my news feed and basically ignore her. It’s sad, she doesn’t benefit at all from wingnut policy or politics and never will.

If this statement I read somewhere else is any guide, we may finally know what drives that mindset:

I’m not against slavery had it been done biblically. I would have gladly become a slave had we kept that law and been forever grateful.

Is that it? CEO-worshipping wingnuts see said CEOs as biblical slaveholders? o_O
