I think that you are bringing up the big question here:

What is her goal?

Because her current behavior does not look sustainable beyond her current term.

I am assuming, of course, that she is smart enough and disciplined enough to have a goal.

Beyond angering everybody. Because, she has definitively and successfully achieved that already.

It’s obvious! She is grabbing as much cash as she can and she doesn’t care who she alienates. She won’t run for re-election.
