That dog would have a close encounter with me, and the idiot owner as well.

This is the only neighbor that NO ONE speaks to.

He is an idiot, and rude.
This was the 2nd of our cats his dog killed, and I saw the dog threatening a lady walking her baby in a stroller.

Dog finally ran into traffic and was killed, much to the relief of the entire neighborhood.
