Will never happen. It’s an evangelical wet dream. Nothing more, nothing less. Two reasons why.

1. Unless he happens to run for POTUS and wins, he would still have to get said legislation passed. The Republicans would have to regain both Houses for that to even have a remote chance of happening.

2. Any E.O. he signed even smacking of such a thing would be immediately challenged in Court and (hopefully) thrown out.

I take it you haven’t watched Handmaid’s Tale.

None of it happened through existing Congress or the Courts. It was an armed revolution that killed the existing Congress and Judges (with enough of the conspirators being in the military to prevent sufficient defense), local church-based militias taking over particular cities, etc.
