You’re as quick as those you criticize to use violent rhetoric.

That is a false equivalence. I am not calling for violence and I hope it never happens. I am saying that America is worth preserving and that these fools really are enemies of America. I am saying that these fools are calling for violence themselves and will soon be perpetrating that violence on unprotected groups and easy targets. Then the process mushrooms if they are allowed to gain power.

I am saying that there is a history here that can not be ignored and a pattern that anyone who has studied the rise of violent populist movements can point out all too easily.

When I say if it comes to it, I do not know where that line is. B ut let us imagine that the Teabaggers get elected. When will it “come to it?”

Is it when they haul off suspected terrorists, who are stripped of their citizenship?

Is it when they haul off brown people or gays?

Is it when they arrest folks for teaching science that they don’t like?

Is it when they restrict your freedoms with call of if you have nothing to hde then why protest this camera or wire tap?

Is it when they start finding enemies of the State under every corner and purge their political opponents?

Is it when you start living in fear of being an enemy of the state because you have the wrong beliefs or politics, but no longer any protectin under the law?

At some point we find that we have lost our nation if we allow these monsters to take over.

I am not saying we are at that point now. I am not saying that violence is called for now. I am saying that if it does come to it (and I don’t know where that line is) real Americans will fight for this nation.
