Conventional forces are very good at bombing terror brigade forces when gathered, or their bases & supplies. Ground forces are good at storming terrorists holed up in buildings or around oil facilities.

That’s nice. So in your world, Iran is going to send ‘terror brigades’ to Saudi Arabia, and that’s why we need to send them conventional weapons, so that they can bomb them?

Your last request has a premise I do not accept-That war can’t happen without good reason. As if events can’t spin out of control between strategic opponents. Conventional or nuclear.

So, in other words, no, you cannot actually detail a scenario whereby Iran gains anything from nuking Saudi Arabia. I didn’t think so. Thank you.
