I have apnea, but only when I sleep on my back which is not often. Wearing my mask keeps me from hitting deep sleep so it’s a wash.
I’ve always been a deep sleeper, so after I was able to adjust to the feeling of the mask, it resulted in a major net positive. I do still have tiredness issues at work, but that’s mostly when I don’t sleep enough rather than the quality thereof. Having two children does NOT help on that front.
