The article you’re so outraged about wasn’t a proposal for monetary reparations paid directly to black people. Try reading the actual article next time.

The vox article is about monetary reparations. The NTC article was just a catalog of racial injustice with a click bait headline about reparations to generate pundit buzz. I strongly suspect it was originally written as part of a book or some research project and he just pasted an outrageous headline on it and posted it as an article. Look at the end of his article. There’s no wrap up or conclusion, it just stops. As something to generate buzz it worked but as an article it kind of sucked.
