Israel mulling 1,000-for-1 prisoner exchange, open borders with Gaza as part of truce negotiations

That should mean 1000 for 1 deaths. If one Israeli is killed, 1000 palis get killed, for it to be proportionate.
Now I understand how Israel used “disproportionate” force - they didn’t kill enough Hamssholes!
