We eat it from time to time. Interesting staple food. It picks up flavors like rice does.

I’m looking at it because it can be used as rice and I can grow it myself…unlike rice.

It also is a complete protein which is rare in the plant world.

It also makes good chicken feed and with grain prices going up I’m looking at alternatives that I can grow myself.
