Then there’ll be the purity ponies who blame the hack on the victim, instead of a state-backed bunch of hackers who want to throw the election.

In other words, it’s 2016 US elections redux.

Anyone who was following what happened in the US would know that Russia was successful here, and that they’d try to replicate it in Europe against those countries that stand against Russian interests around the world.

Russia is counting on a low cost cyberconflict to win them what they never could on the battlefield. And so far, they’ve been winning.

Well, they did they’re big e-mail dump yesterday on Macron, but I think they waited too long. Two days is too close to the election to have a Hillary effect.
