Now, now, a proper haggis contains the heart, liver, and lungs of a sheep with oats and salt and pepper. It’s boiled in the sheep’s stomach. Done well, it’s edible. Topped with a whiskey cream sauce, it can be quite good.
Been there, done that, paid in Scottish Pounds.
You can keep your haggis. I’ll have my gefilte fish.
