Simple solution;
Obama to Reid, send representatives to the conference table to confer on the CR and Debt bill.

Obama to Boehner, Reid is sending representatives to the conference to confer on the CR and Debt bill. Have your people there. If you don’t show up we will proceed without you.

Obama to the House, Reid is sending people to the conference to discuss the CR and Debt bill. If Boehner isn’t sending anyone and you would like to attend you are welcome and maybe we can come to a resolution.

Now the onus is on Boehner, but if you remember right, he did this, but he had stipulations. That doesn’t mean they could not have discussed the CR and Debt bill.

You can’t tell me that out of 435 representatives no one will show up to discuss the CR and Debt bill.
