I hope someone does. I assume his in-laws and wife have no clue what he does or says online. A court case would drag all of it out into the light of day. Any lawyer worth his or her salt could build a convincing case against CCJ by combing his TL and blog for his history of libelous statements.

It’s in a perverse way a measure of his irrelevancy that no one *has* taken him to court (AFAIK). His outreach is so small, compared to sites like The Daily Caller or American Thinker, and his statements so ludicrous, that maybe some people figure it’s not worth bothering to sue.

Besides, they can’t get much money out of it if they win.
