Personally, I think what he’s doing is bringing this lawsuit in the hope that Gawker’s legal team will advise they settle out of court, say, for $500,000 or so.

It’s another grift. This time, he’s using the legal system.

Of course they’d be foolish to settle this slam-dunk, rather than counter-suing and bankrupting UpChuck.
