One of my favorite bits from the Q&A session was Philbin seeming to have a chuckle at how the McGahn litigation was moving “fast” because it had gone from initial filing to final deliberation in 9 months. Only for Schiff to come back to remark that that was indeed “fast” for litigation, except for one problem: There was still no ruling!
